My Sequences, are playful photographic sketches which represent our exotic and conditional love towards nature. We love the beauty and the ancestral in nature, we avoid threatening situations in nature and we mostly disregard our destruction of nature. However, we humans also determine the meaning of nature, while detaching ourselves from it. Nature is The Other, the non- human. My plants, once touched by human hands become protagonists of my own interpretation of Anthropocene. Deceitful communication is the underlying thread in this series. It is my way of dealing with information overflow in the photographic medium. How much information is enough or too little to make a meaningful statement in a photo, and when can we talk about indoctrination in an image?
