Zeuxis Art Group’s members have a keen
interest in the “grey area” where urban landscape
and street photography overlap and
negotiate through the study of the human
figure and its importance among the elements
of the picture. Urban landscape is
distinct from “street photography” in the
way it presents people included in the pictures:
clearly situated and existing in the city
structures, while “street photography” looks
at urban experience through a study of the
people who experience the urban living. For
this exhibition I chose a quite wide range of
interpretations including urban landscapes,
street photographs and of course all that lies
in between the two genres.
