A COVID-SAFE EVENT
Athens Photo Festival 2020 will take place from 17 September to 15 November at the Benaki Museum / Pireos 138. The exhibition program will feature the work of 102 artists and photographers from 36 countries, with the aim to reflect the diversity of photography and visual culture today.
Constantly reinventing itself, Athens Photo Festival, furthers its long-standing commitment to encouraging diversity, inclusion, creativity and critical thinking, with the aim to challenge the boundaries and experience of a traditional festival of photography.
The exhibitions will be comprised of a wide variety of works from all the image-based genres, ranging from fine art and conceptual to documentary and photojournalism, photo-based installations, performance, interactive and multimedia works. The list of participating artists will be announced in August 2020.
