“Re-encounter” is a return to the Greek countryside, a revival of images extracted from a narrative that has been retrieved from the past. Kostas Kapsianis examines the landscape of the countryside through its contradictions, walking a tightrope between utopia and dystopia, the present and the past. A consequence of the unbreakable bond of origin and its inherent nostalgia.
